The International Informatization Academy (IIA) is the non-government organization in the General consultative Status with the United Nations from 1995.
IIA has branches in many countries of the world and the CIS where are conducted fundamental and applied researches on informatization, information technologies, all problems connected to the building of an information society.
IIA participates and organizes the international forums, the international conferences, round tables, seminars, lectures on all actual problems conducting to the building of an information society.
The base chair of faculty of cybernetics MIREA (Technical University) is organized at Academy.
The academy publishes monographs, books, scientific collections, issues newspapers, prepares special editions.
The academy carries out contests on assignment of honorary titles.
The Academy is given the right to participate and to invite to participation in the international projects. Among the IIA PROJECTS - the editions devoted to the victory in the Great Patriotic War.
